Q. Are there black-out dates or time-share presentations to attend?

A. There are no hidden fees, tours, or timeshare presentations involved with InterGlobe Travel whatsoever - just great travel packages to wonderful destinations around the world. As with all travel, some blackout dates may apply, such as (traditionally) Christmas and New Years. If you have any questions about blackouts dates, please ask your customer service representative, who will be glad to discuss with you any blackout dates that may apply at the resort or destination you may be interested in booking.

Q. What do I get in my all inclusive resort packages?

A. A 5/4 night stay in Cancun at the most beautiful properties in the area including the Melia Turquesa Cancun, Viva Wyndham Azteca (please fill in appropriate info). All properties are beach front and include food, alcohol and non alcohol beverage and entertainment. Beach access and activities such as swimming, volleyball, free snorkeling and non-motorized water sports.

Q. Once I receive my package how long do I have to use it?

A. If you have purchased discount or special promotional travel offers, as blackout dates may apply (please ask your customer service representative about possible blackout dates), from the time you receive the package, you have 18 months, as these offers are typically time sensitive. You should receive your package in 10-14 business days from when you purchase it. We also book standard, non-promotional travel packages (please ask your customer service representative), with less or no restrictions.

Q. Is airfare included in my package?

A. No, but once your reservations are booked we will be happy to assist you in obtaining reservations with an airline at the lowest published rate at time of ticketing.

Q. Where do you mail my package to?

A. Anywhere you would like it shipped, or we can email you specific confirmations from participating resorts. Be sure to ask your customer service representative which you will be receiving.

Q. How soon should I make my reservations after I receive my package?

A. If you have purchased discount or special promotional travel offers, in order for us to guarantee your reservations we ask that you make it at least 45 days before you travel. We also book standard, non-promotional travel packages (please ask your customer service representative), with less or no restrictions.

A. Sales Department 9:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday. Customer Service 9:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
