InterGlobe Travel is a full service advertising and promotions company bringing its clients products to the Internet consumer at the lowest prices available. Please read and confirm all terms and conditions of any travel arrangements made through InterGlobe Travel as well as those included with any promotions. The following terms and conditions are typical to most InterGlobe Travel client promotions. Please read the terms and conditions included with your promotion as each InterGlobe Travel client uses their own binding requirements.

Most InterGlobe Travel promotions expire 18 months from the issue date. Travel must be completed before this expiration. These vacations are for promotional use only, and are fully transferable to anyone 21 years or older. You may transfer your vacation for $25.00 transfer fee. This fee must be paid prior to any transfers.

All travelers are responsible for their taxes (hotel, airline, and cruise), custom fees, gratuities, and hospitality fees associated with their vacation. All reservations are on a written information basis only. Be sure to send in any change request to your reservations in plenty of time to secure your vacation dates. Major holiday travelers, plan well in advance. These resorts typically require a 45 days notice.

These offers are valid for adults 21 years or older. Any traveler under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult, 25 years or older for Cancun resorts only.

All InterGlobe Travel promotions are set as a "date certain" sale; typically the clients travel date is set at one year from the date purchased unless alternative dates are given at that point. Any changes to these dates are at no cost to the consumer, provided 45 days notice prior to changing your travel dates is given. Short term advance notice, peak season, and holiday or special event may require a surcharge. Please give an alternative travel date when requesting changes to your reservation. In the event that your first request date is not available, we will automatically apply for the second date. Once we apply for your travel dates, this will reconfirm your travel request. This is not for checking availability. This is making your travel arrangements. Confirmations will follow in approximately 5-7 business days after a request is submitted to the resort.

Reservations received in less than 45 days from travel date will be charged an acceleration fee. This will be to accelerate your travel reservations. InterGlobe Travel is not responsible for increases in airfare, cruise, or hotel prices, or taxes. Major holiday travelers may encounter these additional charges. InterGlobe Travel is not responsible for any changes in flight, or cruise times. InterGlobe Travel is not responsible for any acts of God, natural disasters, political situations or cancellation of reservations by airlines or cruises.

Documentation requirements: for entry into the Foreign Countries, and re-entry into the United States, U.S. citizens must carry proof of citizenship (passport, birth certificate, and a picture I.D.). Foreign passengers must be in possession of a valid passport, and a multiple entry visa. It is the passenger's responsibility to check with government agencies, or consulates, to determine required documents for entry in to Foreign Countries, and re-entry into the United States. All visitors are subject to the laws and regulations of that country.

Due to certain seasonal demands and availability, InterGlobe Travel reserves the right to offer substitute hotel or cruise accommodations, of equal or greater value, when necessary.

InterGlobe Travel assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any other agent, or distributor, other than those specifically contained in the promotional offer, and contained within the terms and conditions of the promotional package.

Cancellation of your vacation itinerary will be accepted only in writing by mail, electronic mail (e-mail or facsimile). You have 30 days from the receipt of your package for cancellation, for a partial refund. A $50.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged to you. Vacation deposits are non-refundable.

You may extend certain vacations for up to six months, for a fee $25.00. Please contact the office indicated in your travel documents to inquire. InterGlobe Travel is not responsible for changes, or cancellation, of agreements between any hotels, cruise ships, or airlines.

Cancun black out dates are Christmas, New Years, and Easter.
